Paul Black
​
Paul Black's paintings are instantly recognizable by lovers of Portland's Old Port and Monhegan Island. Paul was born in Bangor, Maine and is a 1977 graduate of the art program at the University of Maine. He moved to Portland in 1987 and began painting winter scenes of the Old Port.
